Dear Scholar, Just 15 minutes of yoga can make a positive impact on your mind, body, and emotional well-being. Take a peek at this 15-minute yoga video helping gently wake up your body and mind. Yoga, even just 15 gentle minutes, is an excellent way to begin the day and any work session.I found out from a Pitzer student about online yoga instructor, Maris Aylward. She is excellent. If you are not already practicing some yoga and are able to try it, please do. Yoga encourages you to take deep breaths which enable you to calm your mind and even experience feelings of gratitude.
